Children will learn and understand the first concept in Mathematics which is to relate the number symbols with it's quantity. The concept is presented in four sections (a) Through the Number Board to learn numbers from 1 to 10 (b) Through the Teen Board to learn numbers from 11 to 19 (c) Through the Ten Board to rote count in ten's and (d) Through the Ten Board And Beads to keep track of numbers from 10 to 99.
The app is designed with a few features that will help children to integrate many abstract concepts through the visual and audio presentation in the various lesson plans.
1. Children listen and learn so an audio system with a real voice over will help new learners to pronounce numbers in English from 1 to 99.
2. Children love to do things themselves, so activities are designed for children to do things themselves and learn to recognize number symbols, understand the concept of quantity, learn to rote count, follow simple procedures and repeat them to progress into the next lesson plan.
3. The lessons in this app will prepare and help children understand the next few lessons in place value easily and effortlessly.
The app is designed for children to learn at their own pace at home or at school without much intervention after the initial guidance.
